HealthThere is a Divine Presence that permeates the universe. The Divine Presence is everywhere present and there in no where that it cannot be. It knows Itself to be Itself and it knows Itself to be the individualization of each one of us. Whereever It is, It is All-Knowing and All-Powerful.The Divine Presence must be in every cell of our body since there is no place that it cannot be. It is the Spirit and Supreme Intelligence that is the Creator of all bodies including the Universe itself. All that exists comes from spirit into form. Each of us is a Divine expression of the spirit and thus, the "real" self is spirit. In other words, we are spirit with a soul and a physical body. The soul is that part of us which is called the "entire mind" and the physical body is the vehicle through which spirit and soul express. Each part of the physical body has the intelligence to repair itself. At every point in time the body is repairing itself since new cells are being created within the body as old cells are discarded. Did you ever consider that each cell of the body has the intelligence to do the job it is meant to do? Perhaps you are aware that intelligence responds to intelligence as we know that animals and even plants respond to intelligence. We can talk to animals and we can talk to plants and get a response, why can't we talk to the organs of our body and get a response? I know that we can; whatever we give loving attention to responds to that loving attention including the cells that make up every organ of the body. When we allow thoughts other than loving thoughts make up our experience, the intelligence of every part of our body responds to it. When we allow thoughts from stress, condemnation, dislike, hatefulness, and similar thoughts, our bodies must respond because intelligence responds to intelligence. We don't always guard our thinking even though we can. That is why prayers or affimations can be effective in healing. A person does not have to have a religion to use prayer or affirmations. The Supreme Intelligence that created us does not care what you believe, It is what It is and It operates according to the law of Itself as an expression of all there is. The Supreme Intelligence respods to your intelligence because It knows Itself to be you. It know Itself to be every part of your body and must respond as you think. Give loving praise to every part of the body and you encourage every part to do what it is meant to do. Do not give power to the appearance to what you don't want to be a part of the body such as disease, pain, illness, etc. As much as possible, you want to recognize that spirit that made the body accepts the attention that you give to spirit and acts accordingly. You are made to command the body to heal itself with the power of the spirit which is your real self. If you have not been exposed to the type of thinking I'm talking about, it may sound weird to you but you will only experience what I'm talking about by practicing using your owwn thoughts to keep yourself whole and healthy. Here is a treatment based on the teaching from The Science of Mind by Ernest Holmes. Say often with conviction for healing (or adapt for any desire for good): This word I speak is for me (your name or someone) I (your name) recognize that there is one Divine Presence, One Divine Power, that is All Knowing, and Everywhere Present. It is the One Creative Action in the Universe, and One Universal Spirit. I am one with this Divine Presence knowing that It knows Itself to be me and I am the individualized expression of this Divine Presence. All that the Divine Presence is, I am. I command and accept that my word is It's Law and operates according to It's Law. I express the good that I desire as a "Spiritual Idea" and I accept the idea as manisfesting in my life now as I speak the following word: I desire and give thanks for perect health, youth, and beauty, and that all my body systems operate in harmony with Divine Spirit. I deny any limitation operating within my conscious or subconscious mind and release any blockage that would prevent my full acceptance of my healing. I affirm and accept my healing, and my perfect health, youth, and beauty. The words I have spoken are appearing and manifesting in my life right now. I accept that the good I desire is an accomplished fact in spirit and is manifesting in my life right now. I release my word to the Law of Mind and the Law of Mind does the work. I release my word in full faith that it moves in Divine Action to manifest in my life now. The words that I have spoken are now acted upon by the Law of Cause and Effect. I give thanks, it is done, and so it is. Note: It is said that it takes 21 days for changes to take place in mind.
